Client Brief
The homeowner contacted The Leicester Landscaping Company seeking a full redesign of their front driveway and entrance area, which had become dated, uneven, and lacking kerb appeal. The existing concrete surface was worn, patchy, and visually uninviting, while the layout made the front of the property feel cramped when vehicles were parked side by side.
The frontage also lacked cohesion, with a mixture of older window frames, tired detailing around the bay windows, and a plain garage façade that no longer matched the homeowner’s vision for a modern, refreshed exterior.

A sweeping pathway was incorporated into the driveway design, guiding visitors naturally towards the front entrance and adding movement and architectural interest.
3. Contemporary Window & Door Styling
The design introduced modern black window frames, sills, and a matching front door to unify the home’s exterior and give the façade a clean, coordinated identity.
4. Upgraded Garage Frontage
A sleek black garage door was specified to complement the new window styling and provide a cohesive, modern aesthetic across the entire elevation.
5. Soft Landscaping to Soften Boundaries
Selective planting along the borders helps soften the hard landscaping, bringing greenery and balance without obstructing the generous driveway space.
